Rules & Regulations

1.The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, including any changes made by the organizers from time to time.

2.The applicant should be between 18 to 35 years of age and must provide valid age proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver's License, etc.)

3.The applicant must be born in India.

4.The applicant must be in good health.

5.The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with a modeling agency at the time of the auditions.

6.Once shortlisted, the applicant cannot enter into any other commercial contract.

7.The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non receipt of applications for any reason.

8.All expenses related to regional rounds (travel and stay) must be borne by the participant.

9.The applicant must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner as per the provided schedule.

10.The organizers are not responsible if sponsors fail to fulfill their promised prizes.

11.The organizers are not liable for any loss or physical injury sustained by the applicant during the event. Participation is at the applicant’s own risk.

12.Providing incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered before, during or after participation.

13.The decision of the judges is final and binding in all cases.

14.Only individuals in good health and of moral character are eligible to participate.

15.Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue for the preliminaries.

16.The organizers are not responsible for any delays in the event.

17.The organizers cannot be held responsible for delays in the show.

18.If sponsors are not secured for the event, the organizers reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel the show.

19.The grooming fee, once deposited, is non-refundable.

20.The grooming fee is refundable only if the show is canceled.

21.The schedule of events and qualification rounds is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

22.The organizers are not responsible for the non-completion or non-occurrence of the event.

23.In the event of any dispute, the organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant.

24.All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

25.The organizers have the full right to cancel, reschedule, postpone or amend the show.

26.The fees paid towards grooming are non-refundable under any circumstances.
